Post-processing software may require Ephemeris data in RINEX format to compute SVs orbits and clocks corrections.
However collected raw GNSS data by a receiver may not always include Ephemeris inside. Or not all SVs are available.

Another case - one may have in hands observtions file (RINEX OBS) downloaded from some CORS network but no ephemeris file at the same time.
KernelSAT Ephemeris Manager service helps to find and download satellite Ephemeris in RINEX format for concrete date.
Provided NAV file should include almost all SVs of all GNSS visible around the Globe at desired date.
Ephemeris Manager service is tested on latest available Google Chrome web-browser only.
Some 'unzip' utility may be needed since RINEX NAV file will be provided in ZIP format.
