Service is focused on routine usage of GNSS Antennas PCO & PCV offsets (Phase Center Offsets & Phase Center Variations). Quite often, one may face the situation when there is Cartesian
XYZ coordinates of ARP (Antenna Reference Point) but L1PC (L1 Phase Center) coordinates are needed. Or vice versa - L1PC XYZ coordinates are known, but ARP or GM (Ground Mark)
is required.

One has to find antenna name in database, get PCO values, convert coordinates to Geodetic LLA, apply PCO than convert coordinates back to XYZ.
