RTCM (Radio Technical Commission For Maritime Services) standard 10402.3 designed for differential GNSS services. The latest official version is 2.3.
RTCM2 standard is now mostly replaced by RTCM3 standard except code-differential applications and some specific services.
KernelSAT services support decoding and visualization of RTCM2 messages.
