Requirements & Guidelines:

  • Only RINEX (RINEX2, RINEX3, RINEX4, Compact RINEX) observables are supported (both rover and base)
  • Consider using RTools service for converting UBLOX UBX and RTCM3 logs to RINEX
  • It is recommended to provide at least 5-10 minutes of observations
  • Rover data file could be both static and/or kinematic
  • Base data file must be static only
  • Data file must contain at least dual frequency pseudorange and carrier phase observations
  • BASE and ROVER files must be logged in the same time frame (there should be intersection in time domain)
  • Consider using WAY for checking Base and Rover data validity in advance
  • Both Base and Rover files should include information about antenna. If missed - it may degrade positions quality at long base lines (worse accuracy, longer time to FIX)
  • Base position is taken as approximate antenna position from RINEX header as ARP (Antenna Reference Point) or manually entered ARP coordinates and than recalculated to L1PC using information about base receiver antenna
  • Reckoned rover positions are tagged to antenna L1 Phase Center (L1PC)
  • If antenna information is missed (or ADVNULLANTENNA is used) L1PC coordinates are equal to ARP coordinates
